Pippa is the Managing Director/Head of Production for WR magazine, the quarterly culture, heritage and lifestyle magazine for Worcestershire. She is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the production department and is in administrative charge of the company's overall production/editorial activities.
She is also the Head of Design and Production at Lynchpin Media, responsible for the day-to-day management of the production department, which produces six monthly B2B IT magazines covering the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Both roles include the management of a small production team, and overseeing all prepress/production resources; scheduling and workflow of both internal and external resources to ensure that both print and digital publications (and ad hoc design projects) meet tight market deadlines; and that production quality meets publisher service level standards.

She won a national student competition with the Royal Mint to design the London 2012 Paralympic Games' £5 coin.
